Shamrock Real Estate Company was established in 1976 by Peter Naughton. In addition to his considerable sales experience, Mr. Naughton is also an experienced developer, and is well known for his detailed and reliable knowledge of the market and the regulations impacting the development and/or renovation or expansion of property in San Francisco.
Shamrock Real Estate Company’s Cow Hollow Office is managed by Trent Moore. Following a successful career with a nationwide commercial brokerage firm, Trent opened Shamrock Real Estate Company’s second office in San Francisco’s Cow Hollow district on the ground floor of The Greenwich. Trent brings a strong record of multi-family sales and a wealth of 1031 tax-deferred exchange experience including trades into multifamily properties, commercial buildings, and NNN properties.
Elizabeth Naughton Moore manages the brokerage’s residential and mixed-use ground-up development projects. A former land use and real estate attorney, Elizabeth has been involved in the entitlement of over 250 units in San Francisco. She sources and evaluates potential development sites, manages the acquisition process, secures entitlements, and determines optimal disposition strategies.
